A little salty, a touch of sour and a pinch of sweet, the margarita is a refreshing sip that ticks pretty much every flavour box, and now is the perfect time to head to The Exchange to order a delicious salty-rimmed treat in celebration of Margarita Month running all throughout February. With a little help from our friends at Herradura, we’re inviting you to indulge in a month filled with margs, margs and, you guessed it, more margs!
We’ve got a jam packed calendar of events for the month of February, check it all out below and download our app for more behind-the-scenes content.
Throughout February we’ve been teaching you how to shake, salt and create the perfect Margarita!
Our Margarita Making Classes are now over, but we’ve got plenty of exciting things in the works so keep an eye out.
Margaritas & Margheritas
Although summer may be winding up, the tropical vibes are showing no signs of slowing down at The Exchange.
Every Wednesday throughout February enjoy $12 margaritas from our special margarita menu, and $10 margherita pizzas from our wood-fired pizza oven.
Margaritas are delicious and versatile, a version can be found for almost any occasion and Saturday nights are the perfect time to try our special margarita menu with $10 margaritas from 2-6pm every Saturday throughout February!
Why not make the most of it with a boozy late lunch or early dinner by making a booking in our Bistro.
Ah the margarita, a drink that takes your mind to a place filled with fun vibes, sunshine and good times. But how did this salty-rimmed treat come about? We’ve put our drink detective hats on to try and get to the bottom of the who, what, where, when and how’s of one the world’s most mysterious drinks.
To keep the Margarita Month spirit going long after the end of the celebrations, we’ve asked our Group Beverage Manager and winner of California’s best margarita, Brent Tozer, to share the recipe for one of our best sellers, the Perfect Margarita.
